PROFESSIONAL CAREER Ms. Katter provides commercial real estate brokerage and consulting services to her clients throughout the Bay Area and worldwide. Her extensive experience in the industry and her reputation for client service is evidenced by the high level of ongoing business that exemplifies the confidence her clients have in her abilities. While she is well versed in all aspects of the industry, she is most widely known as a leader in tenant representation. A 28-year veteran in the commercial real estate business, Ms. Katter began her career at the first east coast office of CB Richard Ellis. Upon returning to San Francisco, she spent the majority of her career associated with Grubb and Ellis as a Senior Marketing Consultant. Ms. Katter’s more noteworthy tenant representation assignments included the disposition of 55 Bank of America branches in the Western United States as well as 200,000 square feet of office space at Embarcadero Center in San Francisco. She has assisted four major companies in establishing their World Headquarters. She represented Genesys Telecommunication Laboratories, Inc. in securing their new World Headquarters after their sale to Alcatel of France. This transaction was the largest lease transaction in San Francisco in 2002. Ms. Katter’s extensive client list include financial institutions, telecommunications and software, insurance companies, advertising and public relations firms, and law offices. She has enjoyed long-term relationships with Bank of America, Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories, Inc. Exigen Group, PLM International, GE Capital, MCI WorldCom, Omnicon, Prudential Securities, and Probitas Partners. EDUCATION AND AFFILIATIONS A native of Napa, California Ms. Katter received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of California at Santa Barbara. She enjoys gardening, hiking and golf.
