Michael joined Commercial Partners in the summer of 2006 where he continues to focus on office leasing and tenant representation, as well as investment sales. Prior to his association with Commercial Partners, he spent the last six years at Prudential CRES as Senior VP Corporate Real Estate. Previously, Michael was the Regional Director for Costar Group, a commercial real estate information company. Michael also served as the Manager of Leasing & Marketing for Executive Office Centers, a national executive suite company with offices throughout the United States. In his five years with that company, he was responsible for the leasing and marketing of its San Francisco flagship office, company-wide marketing, the training of new leasing representatives, and leading the company's search and acquisitions program. His real estate services career started in the mid-1980s at Grubb & Ellis Company's San Francisco office as a Research Analyst, before moving into brokerage and becoming an agent specializing in office and investment properties. He subsequently relocated to Iliff, Thorn & Company (Colliers International) in San Francisco to focus entirely on office space as a specialization. Michael's experience has included several hundred tenant and leasing representations in the San Francisco Bay Area, as well as other markets. EDUCATION AND AFFILIATIONS Michael is a native of San Francisco, who attended San Francisco University High School before earning his bachelor degree in Economics from Boston University. Michael is a member of San Francisco's Olympic Club and UHS Alumni Association. He is a licensed real estate broker in California. His hobbies include cycling and rowing. He is active in the Marin Rowing Association. |
