PROFESSIONAL CAREER
Scott has represented tenants large and small, successfully completing roughly 100,000 SF of office leases in the San Francisco Bay Area and Mid-Town Manhattan, New York City. Using his past experience in real estate finance, construction and development he has provided his clients with winning strategies and execution. Prior to joining Commercial Partners, Scott was at Jones Lang LaSalle in San Francisco. As Director of Capital Planning, he was responsible for Jones Lang LaSalle’s largest client’s asset allocations in global real estate. This included the oversight of a $1.5 billion capital expenditure plan of over 8400 global properties totaling 82 million square feet for Bank of America, the world’s largest outsourced real estate portfolio management assignment and Jones Lang LaSalle’s largest client. Scott launched his commercial real estate career in Seattle, Washington as a Project Manager at Bovis Lend Lease. Here he was responsible for overseeing a $350 million dollar mixed-use development project including hotels, condominiums, retail, and office space. Prior to Bovis Lend Lease, he worked at Julius Stewart & Riehl Construction Services managing large-scale tenant improvements and building renovation projects. Scott served in the United States Naval Submarine Service aboard the USS Helena as the ship’s Assistant Intelligence Officer. EDUCATION AND AFFILIATIONS Scott graduated with honors from the University of Phoenix, Seattle, WA with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. His interests include economics, travel, art, golf, and cycling. He is the Membership Chair of the Belden Club, a Young Leader in the Urban Land Institute, and the Treasurer General of the Naval Order of the United States. Scott is also a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of California. |
